Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake, our payment processor, and Creem serves as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

CostWise is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
